If you're here and reading this then welcome to my newest little space on the internet. I've been toying with the idea of setting up a blog dedicated to fabulous fashion, outfits and lifestyle for an absolute age and have finally decided to join in the fun. This blog will be a positive little space to share all of the above, with a peppering of clothing reviews and perhaps some personal posts thrown in from time to time. Since this is my first *official* post, I thought it may be a good idea to share a little bit of information about myself so those of you out there in the blogosphere can get a flavour of who I am and what I'm all about.
So....
My name is Kirsty and I'm a 23 year old fashion obsessive from Central Scotland. I can be found on various social media under the pseudonym "Ivory Lovelust" so if you'd like to be my facebook, instagram or twitter friend please feel free to find me. I have a penchant for many things including (but not limited to) good whiskey, motown music, glitter, John Waters, socialist politics, body positivity, LGBT+ advocacy, famous internet cats and fashion that is loud and unapologetic.
Some of my favourite things to do include shopping for plus-size vintage bargains, travelling across the UK, changing my hair colour on a more-frequent-than-usual basis, attending film festivals (I'm a self-confessed cinephile, particularly when it comes to horror movies!) making new clothes and costumes and discovering hidden treasures.
I have a lot of exciting events coming up on my horizon soon including a black-tie COSLA awards ceremony, the Scottish Tattoo Convention and a long weekend away to a cabin in the Scottish Highlands so I'll be making sure to keep this blog updated with what I'm wearing, seeing and doing.
